Terms and conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions implies that YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD and AGREE to Shop Bake-Street’s legal clauses contained in the legal notice, privacy policy and cookie policy. These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products by THE HUDSON BAKERY SL, CIF number B86883071, hereinafter Shop Bake-Street, intended for natural persons. Any order placed with Shop Bake-Street necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the acceptance without reservations by the Customer of the conditions of use in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. In addition, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms and conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new terms and conditions are brought to his or her attention by Shop Bake-Street. The fact that Shop Bake-Street does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be tantamount to renouncing to resort to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting therefrom, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary thereto.

Requirements

The customer will not be able to use the services and will not be able to accept the Conditions if any of the following circumstances occur:

• You are not of legal age and cannot enter into a binding contract with Shop Bake-Street
• It does not have the legal capacity to receive the services in accordance with Spanish law.

Price

The prices published in Shop Bake-Street are in Euros and are valid unless typographical error. All prices are inclusive of tax applicable on the day of order, any change in tax rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products on sale in Shop Bake-Street. Offers on products for sale on Shop Bake-Street will be indicated in the product card and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Payment Methods

Here you will find a practical summary of the payment methods accepted in our shop. THE HUDSON BAKERY SL works with several payment methods. One of our priorities is to ensure the security of the purchase through our store, and therefore we only accept the following methods of payment:

The option of paying through PayPal allows you to use both your PayPal account, or, if you do not have it, pay by credit card. PayPal is a safe and fast option. During the purchase process, once you have chosen this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to formalize the payment. PayPal guarantees the confidentiality of the entire process, and no credit card number or related information will be disclosed to THE HUDSON BAKERY SL. Your data will only be in PayPal who is the one who will process the payment and who works with the maximum security guarantees in the network. This way is very fast. We receive confirmation of payment the same day and proceed to process the order at that time.

Product

The offers presented by Shop Bake-Street are valid within the limit of available stocks. Shop Bake-Street reserves the right to modify the product range. Once you have paid the workshop fee, your username will be authorised to access the platform the day before the start of the workshop. Access to the platform will end on the last day of the workshop. The virtual environment is optimized to work from a computer, tablet and mobile.

Returns Policy

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Shop Bake-Street within 7 days from the date of receipt provided that the workshop has not started. To formalize the return you must contact shop@bake-street.com. Once the workshop has started, the amount will not be refunded. Only if the workshop cannot be held for reasons attributable to THE HUDSON BAKERY SL, the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation of the order arrives by e-mail to shop@bake-street.com before the start of the online workshop, the amount will be refunded. No returns will be made once the workshop has started.

Responsibilities

Shop Bake-Street is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of products sold in its online store. The total or partial reproduction of the content given in the courses and workshops is prohibited.
